Another new building!

Since inception, AdvancedMD has been growing by leaps and bounds. Just yesterday AdvancedMD moved its Sales & Marketing departments to a new facility not too far from our headquarters in Draper, Utah.

While this is big news for us around AdvancedMD, you may be wondering what it means to you. Whether you are already an AdvancedMD client or someone who is thinking about Web-based medical billing and practice management software—you should know that AdvancedMD is dedicated to amazing customer service and support. That’s one of the biggest reasons we needed to move. We care about our customer support so much that we staff appropriately. With exception to a few smaller departments, our headquarters is now almost all implementation, training and support staff. Summer Camp Wrap-up

We want to thank all those who attended our first annual user conference, Summer Camp! We’re delighted that we had the opportunity to meet many of you, answer your questions and show you more ways that AdvancedMD can improve your medical practices and medical billing businesses.

We also want to thank all those who shared their comments and concerns. We received several great ideas for upcoming enhancements and we’re all looking forward to the next patch when the winning enhancement from Summer Camp will be introduced.

If you still haven’t registered for the new AdvancedMD User Forum, we encourage you to do so to take advantage of this wonderful resource to network with other users, and help teach each other AdvancedMD best practices. To register for the forums you need to be logged in to AdvancedMD at your office. From the dashboard, go to help on the top navigation bar and click on “Forum Registration” when the drop down appears. That will take you to the registration page. Remember, if you’re signing up multiple users for the forums, you must log out of the forums to sign up the next person in your office. Once someone has registered, they remained logged in until they log out.

The response to AdvancedMD Summer Camp has been absolutely incredible! Far exceeding our expectations for a first year event—the Cliff Lodge & Spa is filled to capacity and the sessions will be packed.

Summer Camp attendees were able to select five of several breakout sessions and one roundtable event allowing them to customize their experience and get the most value for their office. Sessions include applicable topics for billing services and medical practices alike and will equip offices with valuable knowledge to increase efficiency and maximize AdvancedMD value.
